Our in season rates from Memorial Day to Labor Day are:
Weekdays (Sun. - Thurs.): $225/night (This rate is for up to 10 people)
Weekends (Fri. - Sat. OR Sat.-Sun.): $295/night (This rate is for up to 10 people)
Full week: $1,350 ( Approx. 20% discount, this includes 7nights and 1 weekend for up to 10 people)
The home sleeps between 16-19 people comfortably.
Each additional person over 10 guests is $20/night.
Children (over 10 guests) 12 and under are $10 per child/night.
Children under 3 Free.
Limited camping available with house rental.
There is a 2 day minimum for weekends and weekdays, a 3 day minimum for July 4th , Memorial and Labor Day. All holidays are at weekend rates.

A 50% deposit is required for reservations.

Home Policies
We have only one unit and we need to make this available to guests who may have allergies or other similar needs. The following policies are necessary to meet this goal.
· We CANNOTaccommodate pets.
· The home is and must remain SMOKE FREE. There is a place to smoke on the porch.
· Fishing is catch and release
· All of the kitchen facilities are clean and ready to use. We would ask that what you use be cleaned and returned as when you arrived. We are not asking you to clean the house, but simply the kitchen utensils that you use.
· This is a farm and as such there are livestock, cats, farm dogs and animals of all kinds here. By coming, you agree to enjoy all of the facilities AT YOUR OWN RISK. We hope you enjoy your stay!
